Week 2 – 5 th workout
Warm Up
- 20 minute slow jog / walk
- Dynamic Stretches
The workout
- 10 minutes of as many rounds possible of
- 10 push ups
- 15 squats
- 20 crunches
Warm Down
- 20 minute slow jog /walk
- Full Body Static stretch
