6 Week Body Blast – Workout 5

Ab crunchesYour well into the 2nd week,  that’s frickin’ fantastic by the way,  this is workout no 5.

Week 2 – 5 th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 10 minutes of as many rounds possible of
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 squats
  • 20 crunches

Warm Down

  • 20 minute slow jog /walk
  • Full Body Static stretch
