Body SquatsYou survived the first week, good for you. Now its week two, and workout no 4.

Week 2 – 4 th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 step ups
  • 30 squats
  • 5 rounds of this with a 2 minute rest between rounds

Warm Down

  • 20 minute slow jog /walk
  • Full Body Static stretch
