Warm Up
- 20 minute slow jog / walk
- Dynamic Stretches
The workout
- 10 push-ups
- 20 step ups
- 30 squats
- 5 rounds of this with a 2 minute rest between rounds
Warm Down
- 20 minute slow jog /walk
- Full Body Static stretch
