Again this workout of day 5 is very much in the CrossFit arena. Start slow and build up into it. Remember warmups are important.
Workout of the day 5
a) 10 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep Squat Clean
Rest 3mins
b) Complete for time 30 reps of
1 Power clean
1 Hang power clean
1 Hang Squat clean 40/60kgs
(The above combination equals 1 rep)
Rest 4mins
c) Complete for time
1km run
There are some very cheap places you can buy weights. Websites like, craigslist or Facebook marketplace. If you are worried about your form with these exercises. There are plenty of youtube videos to watch. or just ask a training partner to work out with you.
