power cleanAgain this workout is very much in the crossfit arena.

a) 10 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep Squat Clean

Rest 3mins

b) Complete for time 30 reps of

1 Power clean

1 Hang power clean

1 Hang Squat clean 40/60kgs

(The above combination equals 1 rep)

Rest 4mins

c) Complete for time 

1km run
