WOD # 40 – KettleBell Workout

kettle bell workoutThis is a little different, if you have a kettlebell handy and want to mix up you workout, try this short and sharp Kettlebell Workout :

  •  5 x 4 Minute Rounds with a 1 Minute rest between rounds
  • Each movement is 30 seconds except for the last minute which is 1 Minute max Burpees
