6 Week Body Blast – Workout 3

sit upsWell done, you’ve made it to workout no 3. You get to take a couple of days of here and rest.

Week 1 – 3rd workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 3 rounds for time
  • 30 Squats
  • 20 push ups
  • 10 jumping pull ups

Go at your own pace

Warm Down

  • 20 minute slow jog /walk
  • Full Body Static stretch
