b) As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 minutes of

7 Burpees
7 Pull ups
7 Wall ball shots 6/10kgs 9/10ft target

Rest 2mins

c) As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 minutes of

10 Toes 2 bar
10 HSPUs

Rest 2mins

d) 1km run for time

Lungs should be on fire after this workout.
