No weight – Workout Of The Day

wodYou don’t need to go to the gym to workout. You don’t need some crazy routine that kills you everyday.  Here is a very simple workout that can be done in 10 minutes.

Body weight – Workout of the day

  • Warmup

10 minutes as many rounds as possible

  • 5 x Burpees
  • 10 x Squats
  • 15 x Pushups
  • 20 x Crunches

Stretch – Always to remember to stretch at the end of a workout.

This workout is structured to be done just with body weight, and nothing more. Enjoy people !!!
