40 Push Upsworkout of the day

40 Squats

40 Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups

40 Sit Ups

40 Lunges/Step Ups (20 each leg)

Go through this once as fast as possible write down your time it took to complete and try and beat the time in a few weeks down the track remember to have fun while you train enjoy 🙂
