a) Every Minute On The Minute for 10 minutes

1 Power clean
1 Hang Squat clean
1 Split jerk @ 80% of your 1 rep max Squat clean

Rest 4mins

b) As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of

5 Squat cleans 50/70kgs
10 Pull ups
15 Box jumps 20/24″
400m Run
