Workout of the dayLooking for a challenge then try this.

a) Every Minute On The Minute for 10 minutes

Odd mins – 6 Thrusters 40/60kgs
 Even mins – 10 Burpees

Rest 4mins

b) Complete for time

21-15-9 reps of

Thrusters 30/40kgs
Wall ball shots 6/10kgs 9/10ft target

Rest 4mins

c) 5 rounds for time of

5 Shoulder to Overheads 40/60kgs
10 Front squats 40/60kgs
200m run
