a) 8 minutes to find a heavy set of 3 reps of Thrusters

Rest 5 mins

b) 7 Minute time cap to get as many reps of

  • Thrusters 29/45kgs
  • Chest to bar Pull ups

Working in a rep scheme of

3 Thrusters

3 Chest to bars

6 Thrusters

6 Chest to bars 9 & 9 and so on until the 7 Minutes is up
