a) 12 minutes to find your heaviest Front Squat
Rest 5 mins
b) As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes of
- 1 Squat Clean 60/80kgs
- 5 Pull ups
- 10 Push ups
- 15 Air Squats
Each round increase the Squat Clean by 1 rep
