a) 12 minutes to find your heaviest Front Squat

Rest 5 mins

b) As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes of

  • 1 Squat Clean 60/80kgs
  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Push ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Each round increase the Squat Clean by 1 rep
