- Goblet Squats 4 sets of 10 @ 80% of your heaviest weight.
- Overhead Kettle bell lunges 4 sets of 8 @ 80% of your heaviest weight.
- Overhead Squats 4 sets of 5 @ 80% of your heaviest weight
- Wall ball shots 50 reps for time
