A home fitness workout is a great place to start if you are a little shy. Or are just wanting to start moving a little bit toward getting fitter or maybe joining a gym?
If you are wanting to work out at home, or maybe down at the local park, just to make your workout a little fun, try this easy-to-do routine. Take note of your time, and try it again in a few days and see if your time improves.
Home Fitness Workout No 1
a) 5 rounds for time of
20 Squats
20 Push-ups
20 Step-ups (Use something about 50-60cm in height)
20 Sit-ups
Rest 3mins
b) As Many Reps As Possible in 7 minutes of
Burpees
Home is the perfect place to start working out. Especially if you are time-poor. Early or late outside in your backyard. It’s a great way to get a jump on things. Also, don’t let burpees scare you too much. Master them and watch the difference it will make.
