Workout routineIf you are wanting to workout at home, or maybe down at the local park, just to make your work out a little fun, try this easy to do routine.  Take note of your time, and try it again in a few days and see if your time improves.

a) 5 rounds for time of

20 Squats
20 Push ups
20 Step ups (Use something about 50-60cm in height)
20 Sit ups
Rest 3mins

b) As Many Reps As Possible in 7 minutes of
