Blueberry Smoothie

blueberrie smoothieWe taken a look at Blueberries before, they really are a heath giving berry.  Australia has recently had trouble with imported frozen berries, being infected with Hepatitis. So if you add a healthy Blueberry smoothie to your diet. Make sure you are using fresh berries.


Blueberry juice cocktail (1 ¼ cups, chilled)
Fresh blueberries (3/4 cup, rinsed and cleaned)
Vanilla yogurt (1 cup)


Combine blueberries and juice cocktail in a blender or mixer and give few pulses until completely smoothie.
Now add yogurt and blend again until the yogurt mix well.
