Body Blast Workout 2Body Blast Workout 2 follows on from workout no 1, again stop thinking that you need to spend hours and hours in the gym. Hit it hard, then go on about your day.

Body Blast Workout 2

Week 1 – 2 nd workout

Warm Up

  • 20-minute slow jog/walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 10 minutes as many rounds as possible
  • 5 lunges (each leg) of step-ups)
  • 10 Pull-ups / Assisted / Knees /Incline
  • 15 Squats (Down to a chair if needed

Warm Down

  • 20-minute slow jog /walk
  • Full Body Static stretch
