Body Blast Workout 2
Week 1 – 2 nd workout
Warm Up
- 20-minute slow jog/walk
- Dynamic Stretches
The workout
- 10 minutes as many rounds as possible
- 5 lunges (each leg) of step-ups)
- 10 Pull-ups / Assisted / Knees /Incline
- 15 Squats (Down to a chair if needed
Warm Down
- 20-minute slow jog /walk
- Full Body Static stretch
