Workout 17, week 6, hit it as hard as you can, you are at the end of the body blast workouts..

Week 6 – 17th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 30-20-10 reps of
  • Burpees
  • Push ups
  • Squats
  • Crunches
  • Saturday

 The next day

25 – 30 min RUN

The day after the next day

  • REST
