Week 6 – 15th workout
Warm Up
- 20 minute slow jog / walk
- Dynamic Stretches
The workout
- 25 burpees
- 50 push ups
- 50 squats
- 50 lunges/step ups (25 each leg)
- 50 crunches
- 50 box jumps/jumping squats
- 25 burpees
Complete this as fast as possible

25 – 30 min RUN
