The final week 6, in the Body Blast program, workout 15.  You are in the home stretch here, you should be feeling better, lost weight and generally liking where you at.

Week 6 – 15th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 25 burpees
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 squats
  • 50 lunges/step ups (25 each leg)
  • 50 crunches
  • 50 box jumps/jumping squats
  • 25 burpees

Complete this as fast as possible

The next day

25 – 30 min RUN

The day after the next day

  • REST
