6 Week Body Blast – Workout 14

The week 5, workout 14, try this and go hard at it.  You should be enjoying pushing yourself now, lets see how you do with this bad boy.

Week 5 – 14th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 50 Squats
  • 40 jumping jacks
  • 30 push ups
  • 20 lunges / step ups
  • 10 burpees
  • 3 rounds with a 2 minute rest between rounds

The next day

30 min brisk walk / job

The day after the next day

  • REST
