This is it people, the end of week 4 is in sight.  12 workouts in the bag… you should be feeling very proud of yourself now.

Week 4 – 12th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 16 minutes on the minute
  • Odd minutes
  • 15 O/h Squats
  • Even minutes
  • 30 crunches

The next day

30 min brisk walk / job

The day after the next day

  • REST for the next 2 days
