a) 12 minutes to find your heaviest Hang Power clean

b) Every Minute On The Minute for 8 minutes

1 Hang Squat clean @85% of above weight
20 Double under skips

Rest 5mins

c) As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 minutes of

3 Bar muscle ups
6 Hang Power cleans 50/70kgs
9 Burpee Box jumps 20/24″
12/15 Calorie Row
