Today’s Workout of the day

a) Back Squat, @ 70% of your 1 rep max complete 20 reps for 1 set (Make sure you warm up to that weight)

Rest 5mins

b) As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of

1km Row buy in
Remaining time do

10 Box jumps 20/24″
10 Butterfly sit ups
10 Air squats
200m Run
