Ingredients

1/2 cup milk (fat-free for the healthiest)
1 handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
Ice cubes
2 (or more) scoops chocolate protein powder
1/2 Medium-Sized banana

Method

1. Fill the tall cup or party mug halfway with ice
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the Tall cup or Party Mug
3. Lock on and mix until smooth
4. Serve .
