Hey, you’re crushing it, workout 9 the end of week 3.  Don’t back of now, hammer it home people

Week 3 – 9th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 15 Minute as many rounds as possible
  • 10 over head squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 squats
  • 40 skips

Go at your own pace warm down

  • 20 minute slow jog /walk
  • Full Body Static stretch

Things to do here

Time you entire workout – Write it down

Weigh yourself  – Remember your did it at the end of the workout no 3 week 1.

The next day

Brisk walk/ slow jog
