Congratulations, you’ve just finished your second week at working out. How shit hot do you feel about that. Its great to accomplish some thing like that, now this is workout no 6.
Week 2 – 6 th workout
Warm Up
- 20 minute slow jog / walk
- Dynamic Stretches
The workout
- 21-15-9 reps of
- Squat & thrust holding a broomstick
- Push ups
- Pull ups/jumping pull-ups
- Crunches
- Remember to go at your own pace
Warm Down
