Body Weight Lunge

The final week 6, in the Body Blast program, workout 16.  Nail this workout, like its last nights lasagna,

Week 6 – 16th workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 50 squats
  • 40 sit ups
  • 30 push ups
  • 20 lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 burpees4 rounds for time

 

The next day

25 – 30 min RUN

The day after the next day

  • REST
