Warm Up
- 20 minute slow jog / walk
- Dynamic Stretches
The workout
- 50 Squats
- 40 jumping jacks
- 30 push ups
- 20 lunges / step ups
- 10 burpees
- 3 rounds with a 2 minute rest between rounds

30 min brisk walk / job
