Walking / Slow Jog

Week 4 is here, you on the downward slide now. Don’t give in, speed it up, work harder then you have ever before.  Workout no 10 steps up the pace again, you can do this,

Week 4 – 10th Workout

Warm Up

  • 20 minute slow jog / walk
  • Dynamic Stretches

The workout

  • 3 rounds 2 minutes rest – between rounds
  • 20 jumping pull ups
  • 20 squats
  • 20 push ups
  • 30 over head squats
  • 20 crunches

The next day

  • 30 min brisk walk / jog

Day after the next day

  • Rest
