Week 4 – 10th Workout
Warm Up
- 20 minute slow jog / walk
- Dynamic Stretches
The workout
- 3 rounds 2 minutes rest – between rounds
- 20 jumping pull ups
- 20 squats
- 20 push ups
- 30 over head squats
- 20 crunches
The next day
- 30 min brisk walk / jog
Day after the next day
- Rest
